TTC Hotel Premium - Ngoc Lan had undergone two transformations. Originally a cinema before being transformed in 1981 into the Ngoc Lan Hotel, catering to visitors from all over Vietnam and worldwide.

Then in 2007 because of the growth in tourism demanding more modern facilities TTC Hotel Premium - Ngoc Lan was once again demolished and underwent its next transformation.

This demand created the rebuilding and upgrading of a 4 star hotel in the heart of Dalat City. Its central location is just a stone throw from Dalat market with most rooms overlooking a panoramic view, the famous Xuan Huong Lake.
