The normal rates are in USD for 01 night staying per room, including buffet breakfast, 10% VAT & 5% service charges.

Check-in/out is 12: 00. Check-out from 14: 00 to 17: 00 incurs an additional charge but no more than 50% of room rate.
Compulsory Dinner: + Christmas: 24 Dec, 2010 add more US$ 50 per person. + New Year's Eve: 31 Dec, 2010 add more US$ 80/person.
The annual closing of resort is from 28 May to 28 June.
There will be no cancellation charges, if a written notice is provided at least 72 hours of arrival date. If not or in the event of a no-show, the total number of cancelled nights will be charged.
