Two weeks have passed since we returned from Vietnam,and the thoughts of the wonderful experience we had are still strong within us.
We fell in love with Vietnam because of the perfect trip we had.
At first I was afraid of organizing a trip through a foreign agency in a distant country. But communicating with you throughout our correspondence proved to me that this is a professional agency, and that we are in good hands.
The organization of the trip was far superior to our expectations. Everywhere a professional and friendly guide and driver awaited us. We toured many places from Hanoi to Nhin Bin, Sapa, Hlong Bay, Hoi An, Saigon and the Mekong River.
All the places are wonderful and we felt that we could stay in them more and more.
The city of Hoi An , captivated our hearts in her special atmosphere, I miss it very much, I have to go back there soon...
We would like to thank all the excellent guides.
Mr. Son in Hanoi who was an excellent guide with perfect English, great knowledge and charming amiability that made it possible to see lots of sites.He helped us in all sorts of arrangements when we first reached Hanoi.It was very interesting to listen to his explanations,Pleasant, and gave us a perfect trip .Son,is very dedicated to his work and I highly recommend him.
Miss May our charming guide in Sapa, was waiting for us in Lau Chai at five in the morning when we arrived with the night train. She greeted us with a big smile and a lot of excitement. May explained to us with great grace about the life of the tribes in Sapa. We felt very close to her, and we want to thank her very much for the special experience.
When we landed in Da Dang, we were greeted by a charming and special guide who only accompanied us to Hoi An.
Unfortunately I do not remember her name but, she is an excellent guide and next time we are in this area we would very much like to travel with her.
She is knowledgeable,has perfect English ,very charming.
I very much wish to thank her for the reception at the airport and all the explanations on the way to Hoi An.
And in Saigon, the best guide we've traveled with for four perfect days is Mr. Bao.
Mr. Bao, has a unique personality. He has vast knowledge in many fields, perfect English and a great love for Vietnam's fascinating culture, nature and history.
Thanks to him we have had an unparalleled experience, we have been exposed to the abundance that exists in the Saigon and the Mekong rivers. we wanted to listen to his explanations endlessly and we were sorry that we could not traveld with him for more days.
It was hard for us to say good-bye and we very much want to thank Mr. Bau for
the unforgettable experience of traveling with him.
During the Saigon food tour, I would like to send special thanks to Daisy, who was wonderful. Excellent motorcycle driver, knowledgeable. It was very pleasant to talk to her and listen to her explanations. The food tour was a unique experience,we enjoyed it very much.
I would like to thank all the kind drivers who were with us.
I'm glad you convinced us to take the train tonight, it was an unforgettable experience.
All the hotels were excellent and especially the hotel in Hoi An ,Little beach, which was dreamy.

We're now back home after our amazing journey in Vietnam and I wanted to give you some feedback on our trip.
Overall we had great great time in Vietnam and I would even say it is probably one of the best trips we ever had. Specifically I wanted to say that I was highly impressed by:
- The level of hotels we stayed in was great. A few of the hotels we stayed in were just fabulous: i.e. The beach little boutique hotel in Hoy and obviously Salinda. Also the other hotels/rooms were great. We really enjoyed being so close to the market in Ho Chi Min City and grand silver hotel was great. Really great picks for hotels for our family.
- We were very happy with how organised everything was in terms of picking us from airport, driving us to the airport, driver level, waiting for us in the different location... It worked very well
- The food tour in Ho Chi Min city was great. We enjoyed it very much. TamMi who ran the tour was very interesting to talk to and also Joni who drove our little kid was amazing. They worked great with the kids and brought us to amazing places with amazing food. Really appreciated this tour and it is certainly one of the tour highlights.
What worked less was:
- Phong was OK. He had a few comments in the car that made us not feel comfortable. Possibly other families wouldn't mind or not make a big deal of it, but we wanted to feel comfortable in our trip.
- Salinda was amazing place to end our trip in. We enjoyed it very much. You were right when you said that you wrote to us the exact room type/level in the original plan. Nevertheless, these are small details when looking at the plan back in Israel and we didn't know what Salinda will be like. As a result we didn;t fully understand the room type. I think it could be a good idea from from your point of view, to specifically mention such details to travelers in the planning phase. This way they know the different levels of rooms and can make their own decisions.
- It was agreed at the beginning of the trip that we should pay the second half in cash. However, when we paid Phong in cash we didn't get any bill or confirmation untll a day after. It made us feel a little worried. I believe that if your guides are expected to get cash from travelers, then they should provide some sort of evidence immediately after the payment.
Overall I want to thank you for a great trip. Like I mentioned, it is probably one of our best trips ever and your firm has a big part in it.

As you probably know we could not do the extreme day in Da Lat because the sight was not open to visitors (the canyoning).
We know that the entrance charge to is 60 $ per person.
Therefore our expectation is to get back 50 $ x 7 person = 350 $.
another issue - our recommendation is to suggest your future clients better hotel 4 stars than the light hotel we had in Hanoi at last night.
The staying in the rooms was not pleasant, and this is an understatement.

We returned last week to Israel after a wonderful time in Vietnam, I wanted to thank you for everything you have done for us and tell you about our experience there.
We arrived at Hanoi to meet Star, he was an excellent guide with so much knowledge and a lot of patience and experience, he did everything so we would have the best time.
The tour of the city was very interesting, the water puppet show was quite boring.
The Melia Hotel was great and in a very good location.
We left for Sapa with the very comfortable van and the driver who wasn't so nice. We arrived to meet Tuey, who was very sweet and nice. We had a great time in Sapa seeing all the wonderful rice fields and local villages. On the last day when we forgot the passports you and your people were more than helpful and I wish to thank you again for that. The market we went on our last day (which you said was the reason for splitting the time in Hanoi) was disappointing and not necessary, especially with the long drive it took us to get there, the boat ride after it was very nice, lunch after the boat ride wasn't so good. As you know we were meant to take to night train back to Hanoi but as we realized we had to wait long hours for the train we decided it was a waste of time and you very helpful in changing the plans at very short notice.
We arrived back to Hanoi to meet Star, had dinner and head to Ninh Binh. We arrived at Ninh Binh very late and in pouring rain, Star was very helpful getting us settled in our rooms. We woke up to find the beautiful Tam Coc Garden Resort and headed to see Ninh Binh. We had a beautiful day in Ninh Binh, after lunch Star took us to another beautiful view point which was one of the trip's highlights, we could see all of the surrounding from way up high and it was marvelous. We returned to another night at Hanoi.
Halong Bay is our trip's biggest disappointments… I was so looking forward to it and it was nothing like I expected. It is one of the most beautiful places I've seen but the ship was not what I thought it would be, the ship itself was very simple and the rooms very small and not very luxurious, the food wasn't anything good either, but the worst of it was that we felt under military schedule, and that we were expected on our second day to repeat the first day from noon. I'm sure there are better ways to see Halong Bay. We were very happy that you managed to cut it short to one night and arrange for an earlier arrival to Hoian.
We arrived at Hoian to meet Tong, who wasn't one of the nicest guides, she seemed impatient and not sure of herself most of the time. KOI resort in Hoian was beautiful, though I thought that a resort at the beach meant "on the beach", we learnt that the beach was across the street and there were no chairs or umbrellas at the beach since it was raining a few days before, so we didn't get to enjoy the beach…
Hoian is a beautiful city and we enjoyed it very much, the bicycle tour was great, but it was important to mention that there are no bikes for young children and that our two youngest have to ride with someone, it was lucky that Tong could take one of them. The Golden Bridge was beautiful and the kids enjoyed the small amusement park in the French village.
We continued our journey to Dalat, which honestly we had no expectations from and took us by surprise, it is a beautiful place and its surrounding is amazing.
We met Eagle, who was a great guide, you could tell right away that he has a lot of experience and a great attitude. We had to make a change of plans because of the accident that happened in the canyoning but Eagle found other great things to do. The motorcycling tour which I wasn't sure how would it be with the children was one of the trips' highlights we all had the best time riding the motorbikes and seeing all of Dalat area. Edness hotel was nice, tough old fashioned and far from the city which was worth mentioning.
We arrived to Ho Chi Minh city to meet Nancy, who was great, her English was good and she had a good attitude. We headed to Can Tho, before arriving in the hotel we went on the boat rides to see the islands around it and it was nice. Vinpearl hotel was one of the nicest we've been to. We got up early to get in time to the floating markets, I must say it was quite a disappointment since we had in mind something like all the markets we've seen till then only in boats, but it's actually a wholesale market which we had little to do in. we went through the beautiful Pagoda with the big happy Buddha on our way to Ho Chi Minh city. We arrived early and had time to explore and enjoy the city. Rex Hotel was in a great location, our family room was perfect for us but the whole hotel smelled of cigarettes which was unpleasant.
The next day Nancy took us for a tour in the city, she was flexible and we skipped a few things and made a change in the lunch plans and took another free afternoon to do some shopping.
On our last day we went to see the tunnels, it was better not to leave it to the last day as it was a long drive and a short day. It was very interesting to see all the tunnels and get an idea about how things were there during the war. The lunch place wasn't nice and wasn't willing to do any changes for us even with extra charge so we didn't stay there. We returned to Ho Chi Minh city to have lunch and get organized for our flight.
So, that's our journey in a nut shell. I want you to know we had a great time and I would definitely be recommending your services to whoever I know that will be traveling to Vietnam!

Dear David,
I would like to thank you again on behalf of my wife and myself on the wonderful experience we had in our trip in Vietnam and Cambodia.
it was PERFECT !!! we are 100% satisfied and it could not be better. Your organization, flexibility, The places we visited, hotel rooms, the tour guides,(Nguyen - Star at Hanoi, Troungxuan Trinh, the guide in Sa Pa, the guide in Phnom Pen, and Suphon in Siem Reap) as well as the drivers, all were PERFECT.
Some remarks as input:
1. Kim Nguyendinh is knowledgeable and good instructor but very difficult to understand his language, (he is missing words as well as difficult pronunciation: no S no R no T).
2. The Sun & Moon hotel in Phnom Pen is a very good hotel , but the main street is unpleasant to walk in at night (at least for us). So, maybe same level hotel but not inside that district.
3. The two handicraft villages nestled on Thu Bon river bank pottery and carpentry are almost deserted, it is recommended to take it out from the tour.
4. Bana Hill - this is a MUST location to visit in the tour. You should add this as standard to your program.
I already shared your name with a friend of mine who want to travel to Vietnam next year and for sure I will recommend it in Trip Advisor

We want to let you know that we have been very satisfied with everything till now - except for the train to Sapa where the toilets were not acceptable (dirty and smelly).
We are writing this email to give you our feedback about the Dalat DuParc hotel. We have been very dissatisfied from this hotel in several aspects.
The greatest issue was the running water: in two days we had water stoppages of about 2 hrs each. But even when the water was running, there were always sudden changes from freezing cold to boiling hot water.

I would like to thank you and your team for an amazing trip to Vietnam.
We returned to Israel after 11 perfect days in which you made sure that every detail of our trip plan was carried out in the most perfect way possible.
Bamboo are a professional company and you are a charming person, very services, and I felt really VIP!
Noam the guide in Hanoi, and the guide Kai in Safa were great.
They were flexible with us, and they responded to every request.
They accompanied us on the trekking tracks and patiently explained to the waiters in all the restaurants what we were asking for, and made sure we had great fun.
The hotel in the city of Hanoi was fine, the staff was charming and courteous but the hotel itself was a bit old.
The hotel in Safa was exceptional, clean, tidy, great rooms and really great fun!
There is no other word to say to you except - thank you very much !!!

You organized an amazing trip ... without any mishaps or problems ... The organization was perfect ... It will take us a long time to process the great experiences we experienced in Vietnam ... and all thanks to you ... We will warmly recommend your travel agency ... lots and lots of thanks .... There are no words to describe how perfect ... . The guides we met on the trip were pleasant people with lots of knowledge and a desire to show and explain Vietnam and make our stay satisfying and pleasant .... The hotels we were in were amazing ... It is important to note that after a day Val important to arrive at a high level with a warm welcome .... Two things I would suggest to change overnight train to Sapa 1. Not a nice experience not suitable for people our age ... 2. Hotel Muang Thanh in the city of Dong Hoi is not recommended .. Hotel for smokers Hotel far from the center ... Bad smell in the rooms ... and an empty hotel from people ... Recommend to change this hotel ... Again a lot of thanks ... Anat and Israel Greenberg
