Day 1: Arrival – Luang Prabang
Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel in Luang Prabang, a UNESCO World Heritage city known for its golden temples, colonial charm, and scenic riverside setting. The rest of the day is free to explore at your leisure.

Day 2: Luang Prabang – City Tour – Pak Ou Cave (B)
After breakfast, explore Luang Prabang’s cultural highlights, beginning with Wat Sene, the city’s oldest temple, and the magnificent Wat Xieng Thong, a masterpiece of classical Lao architecture. Continue to Xang Khong Village, famous for traditional Saa paper making and hand-weaving crafts. Board a scenic Mekong River cruise to the sacred Pak Ou Caves, home to thousands of gold-lacquered Buddha statues left by pilgrims over centuries. Along the way, visit Ban Xang Hai Village, renowned for its local rice wine, and admire the dramatic Pha An Limestone Cliff before returning to Luang Prabang by boat.
In the afternoon, visit the historic Wat Visoun and climb Mount Phousi for panoramic views of Luang Prabang, the Mekong River, and a spectacular sunset. Day 3: Luang Prabang – Kuangsi Waterfall – Vientiane by Train (B)
An optional early start offers the chance to witness Tak Bat, Luang Prabang’s sacred alms-giving ceremony, where saffron-robed monks collect offerings from local residents in a centuries-old Buddhist tradition unique to Laos. Afterwards, visit the bustling Morning Market to experience authentic local life.
After breakfast, explore the Royal Palace Museum, home to a fascinating collection of royal artifacts, and the beautiful Wat Mai, one of the city's most revered temples. Continue to the stunning Kuang Si Waterfall, renowned for its cascading turquoise pools and lush natural surroundings. Visit the nearby Bear Rescue Center, then enjoy time to swim, relax, or stroll along the forest trails.
Return to Luang Prabang in the afternoon and transfer to the train station for your journey to Vang Vieng, renowned for its dramatic limestone mountains and stunning natural landscapes. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.

Day 4: Vang Vieng – Hiking Nam Xay - Kayaking – Tham Jang Cave and Blue Lagoon (B)
After breakfast, embark on an exciting adventure to Nam Xay Viewpoint, one of Vang Vieng’s most spectacular lookout points. The hike rewards you with breathtaking panoramic views of the town, surrounded by dramatic limestone karst mountains and lush countryside.
Continue with a scenic kayaking experience on the Nam Song River, gliding through Vang Vieng’s stunning natural landscapes. Then visit Tham Jang Cave, a famous limestone cave perched on a hillside, where a short climb leads to fascinating rock formations and impressive cave chambers.
End the day at the beautiful Blue Lagoon, renowned for its crystal-clear turquoise waters, where you can relax, swim, and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

Day 5: Vang Vieng - Vientiane City Tour (B) by Road
After breakfast, drive to Vientiane (approximately 1.5 hours). Upon arrival, explore the capital’s most iconic landmarks, beginning with Wat Sisaket, the oldest surviving temple in the city, renowned for its thousands of miniature Buddha statues. Continue to Wat Ho Phra Keo, the former royal temple that once housed the revered Emerald Buddha.
Visit Talad Sao (Morning Market), a popular shopping destination for local handicrafts, textiles, and souvenirs. Then discover the magnificent That Luang Stupa, Laos’ most sacred monument and national symbol, famous for its striking golden architecture. Conclude the tour with a photo stop at the iconic Patuxay Monument, often referred to as Vientiane’s own Arc de Triomphe.

Day 6: Vientiane – Departure (B)
After breakfast, enjoy free time at leisure until you transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
